Hatha is a practice that uses the body, breath, and focus to cultivate greater self-awareness and create balance between body and mind.

In my classes, I offer a physical Hatha practice that is accessible to everyone, always guided by listening to the body. We work on postures, breathing, strength, mobility, balance, and movement control.

A regular physical practice can transform not only our bodies but also how we feel in our daily lives. The goal is not simply to execute a pose or achieve a feat, but to better understand the body, explore its possibilities, and help it evolve.

I deeply believe in the connection between body and mind. Transforming the body. Understanding it better. And, through it, feeling better.

Marilène has been practicing yoga since 2013 and teaching it since 2023. For her, this art of movement is a source of calm, strength, and stability—qualities she loves to share by grounding her teaching in its historical and philosophical roots.

She teaches Yin Yoga—a slow practice that offers deep stretching—as well as moderate-intensity Hatha Yoga. In her classes, you will discover simple, effective tools to strengthen, increase flexibility, and mobilize your body, all while taking care of yourself—one breath at a time.

Prenatal Yoga:

As a midwife, I know how important it is to stay active during pregnancy and just how essential breathing is.
Prenatal yoga is therefore ideal: it allows you to stay active while working with your body to create space for your baby, all while protecting your abdominal muscles to prevent diastasis.

Postnatal Yoga:

After giving birth, caring for a baby is a full-time job, and your body also needs gentleness and attention.
Postnatal yoga can help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles as well as the deep abdominal muscles. It is also a special time to care for your body through the stretching and breathing exercises that are part of the yoga practice.

Sara Howden
Pilates

My Pilates class is based on Pilates principles and the science of movement.

We go back to basics, revisiting the stages of how we first learned to move: lying on our backs and stomachs, on all fours, then squatting and standing. In this way, we build full-body strength—starting from the core—and restore balance between the upper and lower body, front and back, left and right, as well as between deep and superficial muscles.

We also focus on alignment and breathing—linking breath to movement—to reassure the nervous system that movement is safe. Everyone progresses at their own pace; no prior experience is required.
